Please note: There is no longer a Direct Parent PLUS Loan Form to complete on our website. To apply for the Direct Parent PLUS Loan, a parent of the student must log onto  and complete the Parent PLUS Loan application online. If the parent is approved, they will need to complete a Master Promissory Note for the Parent PLUS Loan (if one has not already been completed previously).
