Spring 2026 Lunch Series

This spring, our Culinary Arts program is excited to bring back the popular student-run lunch service with a special multi-course tasting menu experience. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed progression of dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, technical skill, and creative presentation — all prepared and served by our Hospitality students.

Lunch service will be offered throughout the month of April. Reservations will open in early March and can be made online at . Guests are encouraged to book early as seating is limited and these events fill quickly.

About the MVCC Hospitality Lunch Series

Our lunches are designed to give MVCC Hospitality students a creative outlet for their classroom work. The themes, menus, recipes, food production, and service are the endeavors of students in the Culinary Arts, Dining Room Service, and Baking classes.
